Shipment

Physical carriers (Tapes and more)
The cost to send items within the Netherlands is € 5,- per work. International shipping charges vary depending on the weight of the shipment and the freight company. The use of a courier service means additional charges. International shipping arrangements are made upon order confirmation. The client is responsible for all extra shipping fees, such as air freight and customs charges for international shipments and for extra costs incurred for rush orders of last minute items.

Digital Files
LIMA has several options for sending digital files

  • < 5 GB – via our FTP server or WeTransfer channel
  • > 5 GB – via an external HD. We prefer that you send us the HD

Returning work
The work must be returned immediately following the (last) screening date and postmarked within a week of that screening. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Images, texts and promotional material
Stills are only available in digital format (jpg and tiff). Enter your request in plenty of time to meet your deadlines. Short descriptions of the works are available in the LIMA catalogue. The content of these texts may be used (abridged and modified) in your promotional materials, program listings, reviews or audience reactions to the screenings. We would appreciate it if you would list LIMA as the distributor on your advertising and printwork.

Payment

After receiving your request, LIMA will send an invoice. The work cannot be screened until payment has been received. Include the account number on the transaction. For orders outside the Netherlands, please send along a scanned copy of proof of payment in order to avoid unnecessary delays. It often takes the banks some time to process international payments.
