In Twin Butlers, Ulises Carrión assumes the role of a butler, a character in a 1930s B-movie. By 're'constructing the film from within through commenting upon the narrative structure and other references made in the course of the film, Carrión 'de'constructs one of the more basic formulas of the Hollywood film. But his intervention also results in a completely new film both visually and in terms of content. Carrión's butler has succeeded in infiltrating 'the dream factory.'
