In the video work ‘Psyche und Eros’, Ulrike Rosenbach whispers a text; in her hands she holds a wooden bird’s head with a curiously formed beak. During parts of the story, she plucks at the bird’s tongue with two fingers, as if it were a music instrument. In 2002, this work was also used as part of a later video installation with the same title. Description based on Glüher, "Ulrike Rosenbach". Köln: Wienand Verlag & Medien, 2005, p. 224.
